Rory's 4th Birthday part 1

You may have noticed that I wrote part 1 in the title and that is because we had birthday week not just birthday-day! It was fun but man did it wear me out hence the post a week late. So here goes Rory (my baby, not anymore, sniff, sniff, now big girl) turned 4 on Thursday September 11th. She was so excited that on Wed. morning she woke up with a look of joy on her face and asked me " is it my birthday?" it was so sad to see her face fall when I had to say nope sorry honey it's tomorrow... but we had the look of joy back soon enough. Thursday morning she got to eat doughnuts for breakfast and open a few presents and then it was off to preschool for her first school time celebration! She got to be the classroom helper and bring in pictures to show, answer questions about her favorite things from other kids in the class, then they sang to her opera style and of course she passed out her prize for the class which was stickers and a silly straw, they can't have any food because of allergies. She was really excited about the whole thing.
